Made up of more than 40 members, the Ukrainian Women’s Association of America is a nonprofit whose mission is to be brave for the children of Ukraine.

Together, we can help provide Ukrainian children with the happy, healthy childhood they deserve.

Because when children are raised with love and compassion, they’ll build a loving, compassionate world without war.

Our Work

  • A child at City of Goodness sips juice from a cup that reads life is beautiful.

    City of Goodness

Constant funding is needed to care for victims of trauma and war. We support a safe haven in Western Ukraine that cares for upwards of 500 women and children.

  • A child with cancer works and her parents.

    EVUM

EVUM ensures children with cancer receive the life-saving treatment they need. The Ukrainian nonprofit provides vital medicine, medical equipment, and special moments of joy for kids.

  • Sandbags line the windows of a bedroom where dozens of orphaned Ukrainian toddlers sleep at City of Goodness in Chenivtsi, Ukraine.

    Grief Fund

We help grieving Ukrainian families when their main breadwinner passes. The one-time monetary support is meant to alleviate some stress as families grieve and work through next steps.

  • A 12 year-old boy works through his homework after school.

    Scholarship Fund

Ukrainian immigrant children need to explore their passions, no matter the cost. The scholarship fund let’s talented children sharpen their skills by paying for their extracurricular activity.
